I need the following software developed. OS: XP Home + Software All the user sees is a splash screen, they have no access to the desktop, hdd's etc... Crlt-Alt-Del will be disabled. The screen will allow the user to enter in a code that will provide them with 10 / 20 or 30 minutes internet access, once the code is entered they are given access to another screen that has button links to Yahoo, MSN, ICQ messenger, MS Word, Internet explorer. I would like this to be in a separate window that the user can move around and is always visable. There will also be a option to pay with Credit card. Finally there will be an option to register with the company. If the user logs out before the time is up they will still have that time remaining using their code. The codes for net access must use some type of encryption so it cant be cracked. I would like the program done in VB.net but am open to suggestions.

We have it almost ready. Our software is developed using Microsoft Visual C++. It uses windows login scheme and with logon box no one can use Ctrl-Alt-Del or any key. This is override of windows security, so user can do nothing without login using supplied code....we are already using it at a cyber cafe. Discussions are welcome. sanat
