Murder Mystery game

This is to be a Murder Mystery game, made in PHP with javascript if needed (most likely)

PLayers sign up, create account, password ect, all of that, then they pick a character to play. They make their character male or female, color of skin, color of eyes color and facial features. I want them to be able to see a pic of the character they created however i might scratch this as we go

Once they have made their account and all that, they log in and start playing. They must then solve the murders that I have written up.

They are to play it like a RPG where they get a picture of a town and they can click on certain places and they talk to people who are at that location

There will be a lot of murders to solve. As they solve more murders, they will rank up and eventually they will be able for join a 'investigative squad' in which they team up with other players and race other teams to figure out who the murderer was ect.

After a while when enough ppl reach the 'investigative squad' those people are able to branch away and become the police. Once the police forms, the people are able to choose if they want to become an officer or a criminal. More explained to those who ask/are the sucessful bidder.
