NCT AudioEditor Usage with Vista

This is probably a long shot, but I figure it is worth a try. I am looking for someone who has successfully been able to get the NCT Audio Editor Activex package working on a clean Vista computer. The product can be found at www.nctsoft.com. They seem to not be supporting or even trying to sell the product much anymore (They also released an upgrade for another product of theirs, but then took it offline). I emailed them over a month ago with no reply. So, this is my last effort. Note: I have it working here on my system with Vista, but I'm not sure if it can be done via an installer. In fact, I am not really even sure how I got it working here now. I remember it was tricky, but I do not remember the specifics, and it may be related to me using the real Administrator account, which most Vista users would not be. If anyone knows, post a bid, and we can go from there. I guess it shouldn't matter a lot, but I use InstallAware for my installation package. Thanks.
