Security Printing Design App

We are requesting development of an app that will contain/mirror allthe functions within the Fortuna and Secuseal security printing apps:[url removed, login to view]://[url removed, login to view] As the app should include a very comprehensive range of design tools, externally generated data or original artwork should then easilybe incorporated into security designs. The wide range of input file formats supported by the app should include proprietary and industry standard formats used by all major high-end design and prepress systems, together with PostScript from virtually any desktop application. Input data types should include vector/spline-based or pixel-based line art and various continuous tone image formats. The features should include:1. line embossing2. a Pattern background module with pre-defined Security Screens - Line Raster, Trafo Raster, Dither Raster,Select Raster,etc3. a Grid Background module with a complex backgroundslibrary that can optionally generate continuously changing shapes 4. Microtextgeneration that can applied to any straight tangent or elliptical curve5. a ready-made guilloche library, from which complex guilloche patterns can be imported in the existing design6. a guilloche pattern generator7. a Line Generator which will allowthe introduction of hidden messages / latent image in a design8. Special Warp Grids9. a Quick Background module 10 a digtal engraving tool11. Crystal Patterns module12- 17 all the others functions detailed at [url removed, login to view] Various output formats must be included including EPS & PDF as well print separations. For the latter, output requirements may spec up to 12000 DPI.

## Deliverables

1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done.

2) Installation package that will install the software (in ready-to-run condition) on the platform(s) specified in this bid request.

3) Exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site).
