Create webshop from psd file according to requirements

Hello, Requirements: Webshop with admin backoffice. (Opensource or custom made) I will provide a PSD file for the design. You need to convert the PSD to Html or something. Requirements webshop: SEO requirements: I want to get sef urls (search engine friendly) Sample.: [login to view URL] I need to be able to edit Meta tags like keywords and meta description per page. I need to be able to set unique Titles per page I need to be able to set ALT texts with images I need to be able to edit content from backoffice with WYSIWYG editor. I need to be able to set 1 (one) H1 (Heading 1) tag per page! Also H2, 3 ,4 etc. All in content so not in site design! A sitemap is required. There must be breadcrumbs inside. W3C: Site must be according to W3C and must be error free, or as good as error free. CSS must be validated by W3C Site must be Tableless Administration requirements: Backoffice to edit front office. ALL texts must be editable from backoffice. Edit, add or delete categories Add, edit or delete sub-categories Add, edit or delete products in one or more categories Add, edit or delete product information and product image. All orders must be registerd, Name, adress, items ordered, amount all in Euro's, inclusive tax and exclusive tax. Dutch TAX is 19%. Payment integration: I am still having some doubts about what payment provider i will get. It will be from Multisafepay. [login to view URL] OR [login to view URL] (iDeal) and Paypal (creditcard). After ordering and paying there needs to be send an email with order information and thank you message. I want to write the message. I suggest using some opensource software so it saves time.
