Feed Forward Neural Networks Cascade Correlation Tutorial

Greetings, I'm looking for someone with experience on Neural Networks to write an easy tutorial on the Cascade Correlation algorithm for Feed Forward Neural Networks. The tutorial must be written in the easiest manner, this means that clear text and pictures should far outweigh mathematics. The tutorial (if good enough) will be displayed on the tutorials section of NeuralJ ( [login to view URL]), a Neural Network library for Java. There is already a tutorial there, but it's not easy enough. The author will receive credit for the work (his/her name will appear as the author of the tutorial).
