[url removed, login to view] (“BAP??) needs 1-2 part time (20 hrs / wk) or full time (40 hrs / wk) marketing consultants who will work on:
Networking with industry-related websites and determining if, for how long, and how it costs, to have BAP’s web banner or text hotlink on their sites or do link exchange(affiliate programs). Ex: [[url removed, login to view]][1], [[url removed, login to view]][2], & other sites.
Daily posting on various industry-related websites such as [[url removed, login to view]][3]. Postings would answer questions from other users and have [url removed, login to view] as the signature line of every posting.
Contacting various new agencies, web-based, newspapers, radio stations, etc to get them to write articles about BAP, and finding all media opportunities to advertise BAP, promote the name & drive traffic.
Currently, BAP is finishing a referral program for all members that gives the referrer an increasing commission:
Amount Referred Commission
$0 - $500 = 10%; $501 - $1,000 = 15%
$1,001 - $2,500 = 20%; $2,501 - $5,000 = 30%
Over $5,000 = 40%
**_Note:_** Commissions are based on NET PROFIT. ex: f BAP nets $100 on a pipe, 20% commission = $20.
Referrers will be given a personalized code that they can give to referees. The code gives a discount to the person referred & gives the referrer a commission too. The referral system will launch 11/1/07Consultants will be paid $8/hr + commission once the referral system is in place. Consultants will be paid on the 15th and 30th of each month.
## Deliverables
1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done.
2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables):
a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment.
b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request.
3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the coder's Seller Legal Agreement).
