I need to set-up a new website in wordpress.
Basic design will be deliverd, so I will only need the theme.
There is going to be a lot of content on the website.
This is the short client brief: " I reckon that if we can have a highly SEO’d site that looks great and allows client info capture, blog/forum (news) software, is easily updateable with html code for buttons and links etc then we may be able to carry the design and functionality back in to the main site.".

As said above, I will provide the design(PSD).
As the site is build i am sure we need to tweak some things and that there will be the need for extra functionality afterwards.
Please provide me with 2 example wordpress themes.
