Oscommerce SMS ME and SMS YOU integration + repair

I have oscommerce installed on my computer and I also installed these 2 add-ons SMS ME and SMS YOU.
In both cases it sends the sms.
However I think these 2 are buggy. On SMS ME, I get an MYSQL error:
Warning: mysql_insert_id(): supplied argument is not a valid MySQL-Link resource in \admin\includes\functions\[login to view URL] on line 117.
Can not figure it out.
On SMS YOU it sends the SMS but keeps sending emails that the SMS has not been sent. Using SMS YOU I would like to also send an SMS to the client, not done yet.
So this is what I would like to do. Correct and Implement the 2 add-ons correctly + send sms to client when order is placed.
