D Base IV Reader for Pocket & Palm OS

End user application for Pocket PC 2002 (ARM) and Pocket PC (CEF) and Palm OS 3.0+ to read D Base IV files, allowing the user to: a) import the dbase iv file through synch; b) review, edit, delete records in the D Base IV files on the PDA c) Synch them to the desktop. Our application will create the D Base IV files required, and this application would not be concerned with handling the DBF files on the desktop computer except for Synch. NOTE: More detailed spec is attached
