Export products from POS to Website

What we need done is have a module created that can export select inventory from our POS software (he Edge [url removed, login to view]) that can then be uploaded to our website ([url removed, login to view]) powered by oscommerce ([url removed, login to view]). Essentially, we need something that will gather the picture, product name, description, and price of selected items from the pos MS Access DB, and format it into a CSV file (or something else?) that can be uploaded to our website via easypopulate [url removed, login to view],500. The purpose of the program will be to cut down on data entry. Currently, items are entered twice. Once into the store POS and inventoy control system, then again into the online cms=inefficient. Operationally, I want my data entry person to be able to add inventory to the Edge as usual, then do an export of all products added (by time period?), with an option to deselect items that we don't wish to carry on the website. Atatched is an empty Edge db to show the structure. Oscommerce Easypopulate is open source-please download and take a look at it via the link provided earlier.
## Deliverables
1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done.
2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows? (depending on the nature? of the deliverables):
a)? For web sites or? other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment.
b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software? installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request.
3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the coder's Seller Legal Agreement).
