1. We require attractive design for an Insurance website and then it's integration into a CMS for management of the information. See:

for some of the designs that we like.
The underlying theme for these websites is "living life", even though they are sites which sell products they show people enjoying living, safe in the security offered by their insurance providers. They also use gentle, pastel colors (lilac, cobalt blue, fuchsia) to convey security. We would expect a design which leverages such functionality.
2. An idea of the features and content that we will need can be found at:

a) Categories and sub-categories such as Products, Quotes, Claims, News, Contact Information, Company Profile. We should be able to add additional categories or modify the existing ones.
b) Website search functionality
c) The ability to generate Instant quotes for different categories of insurance based on parameters which we will provide.
## Deliverables
1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done.
2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables):
a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment.
3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the coder's Seller Legal Agreement).
