Joomla, flash website designer

I have a wbesite: [url removed, login to view] That needs to be redesigned. The colour scheme should remain the same but I need the site to be a lot more graphically navigated rather than by text for people with low levels of literacy. It also needs to be a lot more exciting. I need to be able to add text easily though, so the site would need to remain within a joomla framework. Particular areas that need to be enticing/exciting are the Learning Circles page (Click making changes and it will appear in the menu) and the CCC curriculum pages... Some nicely designed images for navigation would be great here. I really like this website: [url removed, login to view] As a sort of ideal point... But it can't all be flash, the majority of content must come from [url removed, login to view], the learning circles content must auto archive at some point... (this is done automatically with joomla but just so you know that the flash should really be mostly restricted to the header, and side menu) and it must be easy to add more data. The curriculum pages will grow significantly in the next few months... The site will be moved to new hosting with a new domain name so a copy of the site would need to be made. So in short: 1. An animated introductory page 2. A new header/menu template for the site as a whole (I can convert this to a joomla template if you are lacking in experience with joomla) with more graphical navigation 3. A nicer layout/design for the Learning Circles and CCC pages (just 2 pages)

## Deliverables

1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done.

2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows? (depending on the nature? of the deliverables):

a)? For web sites or? other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment.

b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software? installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request.

3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the coder's Seller Legal Agreement).
