MySQL database and Perl Scripts

I need someone to build a very simple MySQL database for my website.

The purpose of the database is for a user to be able to select a "Manufacturer" from a list(pull down). Then Choose a "Model" from that previously selected manufacturer from a list.

The result will be come from two fields "VESA Standard Yes or No" and "Standard/Adapter". The results will pull data from another table that matches this "Standard/Adapter" up with a list of different mounts (that can work for multiple "Standard/Adapter"). That matches will be displayed with a Title, Link, Picture, and Price.

## Deliverables

The deliverables will be:

1. Setup MySQL database on my Yahoo webhosting. I have already installed the phpMyAdmin and will provide you with the link and password.

2. Complete HTML page or PHP or Perl Scripts to produce the results described above.

3. Complete password protected HTML ADMINISTRATION page for me to upload to my webspace using PHP or [url removed, login to view] page will have the following features:

A. CVS file upload for each table to setup initial values (with error reporting)

B. CVS file download for each table If I want to modify it offline.

C. Ability to display each table online

D. Ability to quickly MODIFY a record or ADD a new RECORD.

4. I'm sure I have left somthing out but I think I have provided enough information in general that you can figure out what I want. I am open to suggestions and discussions on how best to do this.

Standard Rent A Coder stuff:

1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done.

2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables):

a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment.

b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request.

3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the coder's Seller Legal Agreement).
