OsCommerce - Delete products from shopping cart in [login to view URL]

In OsCommerce v 2.2, how can you in the [url removed, login to view] module delete a specific item that has been added to your cart?
I would like to delete any occurences of PRODUCT_ID=45. How can I do that?
For example if I had 2 products with product_id=45, I would like to delete both of them.
Please advise.

## Deliverables
1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done.
2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables):
