Partner Program for Hosting Provider

We are launching a new website. As a hosting provider, we are referred hosting business from several sources. Our partners are one such source. A Partner is where a hardware reseller, such as someone who sells rackmount servers on e-bay. For Example: Joe sells rack mount servers on E-Bay. He wants to make a few extra bucks, so he comes to Jupiter Hosting and signs up as a partner. The intent is that when Joe ships a rackmount server to his customer, that inside the box with the server is a "certificate" that says "This Certificate Entitles Bearer to 1 Free Month of Colcation at Jupiter Hosting for this product". The customer who has purchased the server goes to the URL on the certificate and enters a unique code on the certificate which is the front door to a colocation order process. Once approved, he logs into the system and it take him to a page where he can select several options to offer his customers and print adobe PDF certificates. The system we need built is a backend system for these partners. I also need a system where we can go in and offer thos partners new services. ( free bandwidth, free colocation, etc) ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables): a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment. b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the coder's Seller Legal Agreement). ## Platform Web Based. PHP and MySQL prefered. Linux or FreeBSD.
