I will try to explain this project as best a possible. Currently I have a website, I would like to have a Website Wizard written in PHP/MYSQL that will create customized sites from a template that I have already designed. The template has links to approximately 9 pages (only 3 have to be customized by user) the remaining pages are all purpose forms that just need to have PHP scripting added and the ability to send the information to the email address entered with the wizard.
I have the pages for the wizard as well. The information taken from the Wizard pages will be used to create the site and should be stored in a mySQL database. Also members should be able to login to an interface an make changes to their site. Note: Some pages may require re-coding after scripting is added so that they will display properly. There may be a few minor details concerning the forms, but for those familiar with what I am trying to accomplish, there shouldn't be any problems.

## Deliverables
1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done.
2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables):
a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment.
b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request.
3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the coder's Seller Legal Agreement).
