Voice Over IP Functionality for Web Application

We have a Web application from which we would like to place computer to telephone voice calls. The database is on MS SQL server 2000 and the web ap runs on an MS 2003 server system. We would like to have a page where a user of the system can call customers in the database from their machine's headphones to the customer's phone. The user would choose a customer from a list and simply push a button to connect. We do not neccesarily require the protocol to be VoIP, but we need a low-to-no cost (beside bandwidth) solution. We host our own site. We have found a web site with an SDK at [[login to view URL]][1] but this is also not required. Your bid should include an idea of the ongoing costs of your solution, if any. ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. All code must be commented including function headers, file headers, and copious inline comments. 2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables): a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment. b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased.
