Website Development - Revamp(repost)

Hi Coders,

I need this website revamped and enhanced:

I need it done in 2 phases:

Phase 1: Design phase

A new design for the website something really good. You will need to send me a few templates for me to choose from based on the old website.

I need this done in 2 days: ready by Saturday 7/7/07

Phase 2: Content management system and Photo gallery

Features:

1) A **photo gallery** that users can view images on just like the old website. But with the ability for the admin to add/delete photos.

2) A **news feed** on the homepage that can be updated from a backend by the admin.

3) **Logos** at the bottom of the page that can be added and deleted.

4) Under **Resources**, the ability to upload pdf files for users to download, which can be added or deleted.

5) Under **Exhibitors & Sponsors**, the ability to update the list via backend.

6) a **Sign up page** where users are registered on to a database, and an email being sent to the users and admin.

However, I might make a few changes as we go along with the project.

## Deliverables

1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done.

2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables):

a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment.

b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request.

3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the coder's Seller Legal Agreement).
