Website needed

I am looking for a website to be designed. I would like it to be in a similar format to [login to view URL] The top left hand corner should have a company logo (which I'd need you to design), then on the right there should be space for a banner just like on the site. I'd like a similar links menu, although I would want this to be in an i-frame (the same goes for the banner at the top) to allow it to be changed easily. On the right there should be just like it is with space for banners. And in the middle there should be two columns of news items. I don't mean a clone of the site, just something similar. ## Deliverables 1) Demo set up on test server 2) After payment received, installation onto my server 3) Exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the coder's Seller Legal Agreement). ## Platform Internet Explorer
