Oscommerce Web Scraping - Excel

I want an excel workbook made so I can use it to pull the title, the html for the product description, price and shipping weight for the products from pages like at a link I will send you, then when I click on the second worksheet it needs to rearrange into the format I need to use easypopulate to upload to my oscommerce website.(I know how to import the tables from the website using excel but the html description is coming down not formatted in html and the data is mixed up so I do not understand what to do to format it correctly since I am not good using excel).
This could also probably be done using a PHP script or using a Web Scraping program of some kind and this is my preferred method. I would need to be able to enter the page I want to pull the info from and have it download the info, let me select the category I want it in from my website and output an excel spreadsheet in the format I need to upload to my oscommerce site using easypopulate. It would be nice if the script or whatever would get the product images too and maybe put them in a zip file so I can upload the images to my website but this is not totally necessary.
I do not want to post links to the website they are included in the uploaded files along with a sample of the format I need to upload to my site.
You will most likely need to explain to me how to use the excel workbook or script.
