We are a large furniture business and do not currently have a web presence. We would like a professional and cutting edge web design for our company. The web should have the following: 1. Cutting edge design. 1. Flash 2. Asp .net 3. SQL Server 2. Customized page for each store 3. Calendar with links to specials and flyers 1. Administrator must be able to enter information with the store, the date range and a link to a picture 2. When user clicks the date only the current dates and flyers would be available 4. Mapquest interactivity for locating stores 5. Secure form for credit applications 6. Easy update form for non-technical users 7. Dual site for multiple languages ??" English - Spanish Requirements for the programmer 1. Must be veteran of the rentacoder system 2. Must have multiple examples of active web sites that demonstrate ability 3. Must provide daily reports of progress through the rentacoder system and via email. 4. Must meet mini deadlines for review and revision (TBD) 5. Must be professional and personable. 6. Fluent Spanish would be a plus. ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables): a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment. b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased.
