cake zend flash flex

You must be a company with about 5-20 coders with expertise in cakephp, zend, flex, flash and can show admin demos. You must be technical to bid. No project managers or individuals please.

I need a php multiuser system that allows a user to login and then design a large flash banner. The banner can consist of a combination of resizable pics, text, videos, and other visual modules such as bargraph, charts, scrolling text, etc. that are positioned anywhere inside the banner. The charts will be redrawn in real time as the server sends new data to the flash banner.

Please post your 2 admin demos on a php system, and on a "interactive flash editor system". I will respond to bidders with demos.
