Flash Drawing Application for Website

We are a company that sells handmade carpets and I would like the customer to supply a simple sketch drawing right from my site.

I would like a Flash drawing editor with:

- a preloaded changeable image,

- a color Palette,

- line tool,

- text tool, and

- pen tool

- line thickness tool

- a reset button

- undo button

...anything else would be a plus.

I then want the user to be able submit the image to an email address that I choose and am able to change as I require. My site is running on Joomla so it needs to be compatible. It would be a major plus if you have done something like this already that I can see. In the end, I would also require the fla file, so I can make minor changes. Thank you.
