Flash 8 'executive team' page

I need a dynamic, XML-driven flash page to do the following:

1) Show a number of thumbnails (50% of original size) of different people, spaced evenly across the page.

2) When the mouse hovers across a person, use tweaning to make the thumbnail a little bigger (increase to 65% of original size)

3) When clicking on a person, use tweaning to move the picture to lower-left corner of flash document (at 100% of original size) over 0.5 sec. Remaining thumbnails should wash out a little (increase brightness by 40%) over 0.7 sec

4) When the picture has finished moving, fade in the following information, to the right of the picture, over 0.3 sec: Name, bio, and/or a clickable email address.

5) Clicking on the large photo (or selecting another person) should (a) immediately make the text disappear (b) twean large photo back to proper thumbnail location over 0.4 seconds, washing it out if necessary over same time period

Notes:

1) All photo URL locations, names, bios, emails, fade/twean times, and relative thumbnail sizes (percentage) should be configurable through an XML file.

2) There may be more or less than 5 photos; the thumbnails should be spaced evenly via code.

3) All tweaning effects should be simultaneous, except that text should fade in AFTER the photo has moved down below

4) Flash document size should be dynamic, configured through HTML and/or XML

5) Clicking on a photo should invoke some client-side javascript code, passing a number for which photo was clicked (1-5, for example)

6) Flash document should run at 30fps

7) Must not use CPU 100% at any point (run everything via timers/etc)

8) Any hard-coded spacing or positioning should be configurable through XML (for example, space between large photo and text to right)

## Deliverables

1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done.

2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables):

a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment.

b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request.

3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the coder's Seller Legal Agreement).
