I need you to make a mock up sample add to win our business - Show us what you are made of - this is a preliminary process to recruit several people or firms to do work for us.
bid $1 and design a sample add(s) for us so we can select you to do work for us! Winners will get a feedback and awarded a design contract for an add and be included in our ongoing biod list for continual graphic design work that we have performed on a regualr basis here through RAC.

pretty much any of these sizes will do for your sample add(s). The add can be adjusted in size but must be a round number as these image sizes are. gif images with multipel views are what we want as this message is a little complex we are trying to convey
To get some inspiration I would get a <[url removed, login to view]> account and look at all of the mortgage artwork and adds that have been created to get ideas.
I have attached specific specs regarding advertising text and tag lines you can use.
It is ok to vary the message as long as ti is retained - You may find a better way to say it.
## Deliverables
1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done.
2) Installation package that will install the software (in ready-to-run condition) on the platform(s) specified in this bid request.
3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the coder's Seller Legal Agreement).
