I need a very easy script that will let members of [url removed, login to view] submit .swf files. They would be able to upload the file at the same tim as setting the title, length, width, size, author, music, link to site, and maybe other small features. Then add all this information to a database and then other people from the website will be able to vote on it on a rating from 1-10, it the rating is less than 6.0 after a set number of? rating votes? then the .swf file along with all it's info gets deleted. if after a set number of ratings it remains above 6 then it remains on the database for ever. (script is not that hard, and it can be plain, it should have a admin panel that would let me delete and submissions and that will let me set the number of ratings that the submission has to reach before it gets deleted or accepted). Similar to [url removed, login to view] but way more simple. Easy script, i just dont know much php.

1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done.
2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows? (depending on the nature? of the deliverables):
a)? For web sites or? other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment.
b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software? installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request.
3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the coder's Seller Legal Agreement).
