I hope this message finds you well.

Attached you will find a brief outline of the project we wish to implement.

I have spent the last 2 months talking with solutions providers in relation to this project pricing varied from 7,000 to 30,000 dollars.

When the initial project was posted on rentacoder we were quite impressed with you knowledge of the games and specs we require.

You will see that phase one of the project is based around a kiosk solution approx 5 to 10 games that the customer can play in said location Kiosk will have money in and Credit card readers.

these Kiosks will be run form a central server so we will require a through backend solution for managment.

Can you have a close look at our project plan, the game quality we require would have to be similar to the of [url removed, login to view] Casino lobby.

Kiosks will also have other function that we may wish to integrate i.e. Sports betting.

Please let me know your thoughts.

## Deliverables

1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done.

2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables):

a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment.

b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request.

3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the coder's Seller Legal Agreement).
