I have an existing website thats just a static plain HTML site for the time being it has 9 pages for now. All the text and images are there. What I would like is to buy a flash template from templatemonster and then integrate all the content from the old site to the new site and develop the new template to be able to handles all the 9 pages from the old site. I also wish to copy the site once done and translate it to Spanish ( i will provide all text). I also want to be able to have an HTML site (which also comes with the templatemonster template.) In order to make sure the site can be googled and search engine optimized ( which I will do separately) I also want to add a user registration form to the site where users can add their email address and be put on or mailing list mysql would be used as the backend database. I estimate that the production of the 10 html pages and flash site in English with email collector to be around 20-25 hours work.
