## Deliverables
1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done.
2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows? (depending on the nature? of the deliverables):

3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the coder's Seller Legal Agreement).

Thank you for many bids and comments. I have uploaded an attachment for further explanation, please see this and comment. Regarding the verification email: User is put in the DB (.mdb) and if the email is not verificated within 48 hours, the user must be deleted. Another solution in my admin back-site I have a function where I can transfer all new users to a "project" database, and if email is not verificated user will not be transfered to this DB. Regarding design: I dont expect the site to be exactly like [url removed, login to view] but to look a bit like it so I have the same graphic profile in both sites. Kind regards Christian
