I have chosen a Parallax WP theme template already and have made some minor changes on my own, but seeing i am not an professional I feel like i have hit a bump in the road and need professional help to get my website (blog) up and running. I require someone to help my finish off my project, this project will require someone who is proficient in web design, graphic design amongst other skills. I could provide links to current blogs that I like the look of so you can see what I am after for my own.
I would like to be able to manage my site on my own once it has built designed, upload my own pictures, posts and potentially be able to change the layout once and awhile to keep it fresh, so I would like who ever takes on this job to provide me with detailed instructions on how to do that.
