Create a Wordpress Template

Hello Freelancers, I have a huge project that I'm doing and I would love some of your help. Let me explain. I have clients that work in the Adult industry and they want a membership based website(Pay [login to view URL]$/month to view content). We purchased MagicMembers wordpress plugin for that part of the website(I have Wordpress hosting). *What I'm hiring you for is helping me get all of the features and some things I want to be able to do on the website lined up, so I can make more of these websites in the feature quickly and head ache free. (themes, plugins, features etc.)* Let me explain what features need to be able to appear on the site. - Live streaming(webcam) - Secure payment processing (I have MagicMembrs which does the membership stuff, I still need the best payment processor for this type of industry) - Visitor Statistics(I've never set up Google Analytics before, a little help/info on this would be great) - Region blocking(Want to be able to block certain cities, states/provinces, countries from viewing sites) - Accepting Offline Tips(Paypal doesn't like Adult content, so some way to have customers send my clients offline tips would be needed) - Secure On-Demand video(Streaming from website securely, preventing members from downloading the videos, sharing them to others for free. - Selling Videos/Pictures/Digital Content(Want to be able to have customer click videos, purchase them, and they can securely download them with restrictions such as: download available for x days after purchase. - Text updates(Would like my client to be able to update a status message that displays on the site from their cell phone...maybe social media rss feed?) - Mobile friendly/SEO(Needs to be very optimal for SEO and mobile devices) - Live chat(Would like some sort of Live chat option, and a way to customer to Private message my client. Aside from those features I want to be able to go on the website, I would also take consideration into the actual Theme that I'm using to build the website with.. right now I bought the dev pack through elegant themes..
