iCloudProject Website Changes and Fixes

This is basically a repost. I am new to freelancer so bare with me. I had this job awarded but after paying first milestone have lost communication with worker. He wont communicate and no other work past the first milestone has been done, so his loss is your gain! I have a website in progress. [login to view URL] <---take a look and feel free to look around. There is a user section and a admin section. Feel free to create an account and build a site. Once this post is awarded, I will remove all user accounts. Bare in mind that all things on site don't work. That's what you are here for :) On this job, I NEED to see progress! And I NEED communication, at least every other day. A daily progress email would be great! All work will need to be done on server so I can see progress. This website will be one where it will be VERY easy to build a website and publish it to the server, so that almost anyone can do it. And it will be cheap. Please read the attached file for all the specifics. Do not bid on this job if you have not reviewed all information! I will be asking questions before I award. I will need payment API's on this and domain registration and management API's on this. This website builder script I purchased from iscripts and have a license. It is completely open source and I am allowed to edit. I have not had one thing work since purchasing the script, and iscripts support sucks and it has been almost two months and they have not fixed a thing. All the things that are working is because I have done the research and fixed the script myself. I can't handle it all, so I need your help.
