Integrate HTML Template into Wordpress Theme

I need my HTML UI implemented into my existing Wordpress theme with options panel. For the HTML/CSS design, I have a bootstrap responsive HTML template ([login to view URL]). No design work needed from you.
I'm not using every item of the HTML template, only these:
6 headers
1 footer
3 sidebars
11 template pages
14 widgets
When completed, it all should work smoothly. All Wordpress option panel variables need to be correctly implemented (they are already in the existing pages of the Wordpress theme), and all of it needs to work properly with the Wordpress hooks, functions, etc. You should know how to work with Wordpress.
I need daily status updates to ensure you are making progress. I'm available via skype for daily chats.
