Make a Social Slider for my website

I need someone to write some HTML code for me to add to our website which will give it a social media slider on the right hand side. I have already created one for Facebook and Google Plus but can't add You Tube or Twitter. It needs to have tabs which sit against the right hand edge of the screen and when the mouse is hovered over, a box will slide out with the details. I can insert the code is necessary. It will most probably be a JQuery based code with HTML. It should be quite easy and I can send the code I already did which works for Facebook and Google Plus.
