Modify existing wordpress plugin - minor changes

I have with me some templates. I want you to modify the attached Wordpress plugin- it generates HTML pages from the WP template.
However I want you to make the following changes to it-
(1) Plugin now generates folders as wp-content/images and paths also include this. Change this so that images are in "images" folder, css is in "CSS" folder and Javascript files are in "JS" folder. CHange the paths in the generated HTML files also accordingly.
(2) Each theme has multiple 'skins' that is multiple styles. Your modified plugin should generate 1 set of HTML pages for each skin.
I will provide you with the server where you can work.
This is pretty simple work so I expect not more than $10-15 odd for this work.
