Program a browser based game (like travian etc)

We are looking for a programmer to create a browser based game for us. Only the programming needed (in development environment we will provide) and then deploying it to the real environement we will provide. A Beta of 2-3 months will follow with the programmer having to correct all bugs found. This will not be the final bidding, just using this to screen for applicants and select 3-4. After this I will contact the bidders , give them exact requirements, and will then expect a specific time and cost analysis. For a first idea, the game will be of a similar style to travian etc. In general, things which will be needed: Designing the database. Registrtation/login . Users will have cities, with buildings in them, upgradable etc. Cities will have armies. Attacking system, with attacks landing after x time (down to seconds). Battle simulator (Will resolve battles, one turn only, with stats used, algorithm will be given). Private messaging system. Simple 2d map, with static images. Integration with paypal/paysafe (some sellable bonuses). An admin platform with simple usability (Keep last 3 ips of users, run checks for multiple accounts etc, show statistics for sales etc). Security and high performance are essential and must be a constant concern (for performance: minimum bandwith used and avoiding bottlenecks on massive usage). We understand that bids, due to not giving you exact requirements at this time, may prove incorrect on either time / and or cost. In your reply pls state if you are going to use something different than php/mysql for backend, and javascript for front end. Also state wheather you will be using a specific framework.
