Simple Wordpress Copy one field value from table to another

Simple quick project. I have a field in my wordpress database called JOB REGION.
It contains a CITY.
I need this field to be copied into a custom field called GEOLOCATION_CITY.
That's it!
Anytime I run your script or sql statement, it should copy all the cities from the records and put them into the corresponding geolocation field.
