Unlockbase API implementation

I am trying to implement the Unlockbase API in a form that has few fields; The Make, Model, Carrier, Email and IMEI. I almost got everything ready including the implementation part, but what I really need to do is change how the data is presented. I attached a copy of the API documentation in case you need to look at it ⦁ Change the fields to Select Make, Select Model, Select Carrier. So basically add a field and call it Select Model and remember to pass it to the API when placing the order correctly. ⦁ Make the Select Make field only contain the Brand names without the models under them. ⦁ Make the Select Model field change depending on which Make the customer selects from the Select Make field and it should only contain the models relevant to the make selected, ie. if they select Apple, only iPhone models show up and not blackberry models. ⦁ Make the Select Carrier field appear after the model is selected ⦁ In all cases, all the models will use the same carrier list, except for the Apple phones, if I choose Apple as the Make and then I choose iPhone 3 or iPhone 4 or iPhone 4s I get the same carrier list, but if I choose iPhone 5 then a different list is shown, ⦁ When I click Unlock Now it should take me to review the information I entered, including the Price I will pay, and the wait time. I already have the review section there just add the Price and Wait Time. ⦁ Please make sure that all the changes will not affect the functionality of the API and it works flawlessly. I see that a freelancer did similar project for 30$ so I offer you no more than 50$ instead to do this one as I am in a rush to complete :) Please let me know how long will it take you to complete the project. You should finish within 2 days from receiving the files which I should be sending you on Friday or Saturday Only offer if you actually know how API works and can do the work efficiently, because working with API can be very difficult.
