Wordpress Plugin Needed

A private company needs a wordpress plugin with the following features: -Ability to login with social network ID -Ability to post and crop photo from social network. -Photo uploaded arrayed in descending order in a gallery format; responsive for mobile, shows one photo at a time. -Photos arranged in desktop: 5-6 by 10. Roughly 50-60 photos per page. Start with 5 pages. -Each photo is assigned a coordinate which corresponds to the photo's location on the 5x10 grid as well as the page number. -The coordinate of the photo is saved to each individuals account, which can only be accessed by logging in via social network. -In order to upload a photo, the user must pay $1.00 USD via paypal - needs to be integrated into plugin so users never leave website. -If a user wishes to change their photo, it costs an additional $.10 USD. -The plan is create a user populated social photo gallery. The user's photo and their coordinates never change, therefore in the future all they need to do is enter their coordinates into the search bar and find their photo. -When the photos are arrayed and then clicked, it will expand via lightbox, and only show the user's location and age. -In order to view web page, user must login via social network splash. -Facebook, Twitter, and LinkedIn only. -Does not need a template, but must be able to integrate into most themes available on the wordpress marketplace. -Simple adminCP that just allows admin to manage photos and calculates funds. Funds and user information able to be exported via excel. -Each photo records "clicks" - shows a chart of most viewed photos/users. If you have any additional questions, please respond promptly.
