AdSense PIN Code URL Problem

I need to find the exact URL for the PIN enter page in AdSense. I will reward USD 20 to whoever can give me the link. When AdSense reaches USD 50 a PIN code is sent to the account owner. This PIN code is located on a specific URL. Something like this: [url removed, login to view] I have searched all over to find the precise URL for the login page without success. I need this URL.
