SEO for a web site

I made a website with webdesign subject. I need seo for it. the domain is

I you like to help me to get it on top of google and yahoo. in romanian language and english language(on future) It's submitted in web directory and google, yahoo, msn also, but in cache of google is the old version. this site was updated 1 month ago but the newest verion in not apear in google, yahoo

## Deliverables

1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done.

3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the coder's Seller Legal Agreement).
