simple website and data transfer

I need someone to design a simple, search engine friendly website and then fill it with articles I will provide. The articles are in pdf format but I will show you how to convert them to html and give you the software to do it.

The articles (found on this page <[login to view URL])> are to be broken into 250 words per page, each page of an article linking to each other and every article linked to from the navigation. I will provide a brief bit of author info to be added at the end of each article. All links are to contain a keyword rich link name and anchor text You will need to add keyword rich title tag and h1 tag to each page Finally, I also want a sitemap.

The purpose of the site will be to bring visitors from the search engines and drive them to a sales page on another domain so each page will carry a banner I will provide.

This is really simple stuff and should be a piece of cake if you know what you are doing - I'm just to busy to do it myself.

## Deliverables

1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done.

2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables):

a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment.

b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request.

3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the coder's Seller Legal Agreement).
