web template design in photoshop

I am looking for a professional and very clean web template which needs to be done in photoshop. I have had designs done in other formats which always ended with terrible image quality online. So if you do not know photoshop inside and out do not bid. I do not need text or anything else but just the overall layout design etc. The sites subject will be talked about only with the person who will be doing the job but it has to do with training online in a small niche market.
