138248 Creative Web Designer Needed!

I need a very simple jod done.

I need 3 completely different and creative designs of a web page www/[url removed, login to view]

This is one of my members web sites that we give them to host our virtual tours on. I need someone with a creative touch to design 3 different designs of this page so other members can choose which one they would like to use.

I need ALOT more of these for each different real estate Brokerage ...but I am trying to find someone who can do this whithout me haveing to show them a sketch of how I want everything.

Here is the page...create 3 different ones where I only need my programmer to tell where to place the agents profile, picture and company infoo and I need thumbnails of houses for sale to link to our virtual tours.
