Dating Site 1

We have a dating site, which is basically already constructed, however, needs certain additional things added and converted. We also have a regular programmer, currently, but time is getting short, and we'll need additional people to pick up the slack, as we still have several stages to go. Essentially, we need to get through the first stage to begin stage II. So, we're looking for someone who wishes to make an investment of time, into it. The company is capable of supplying 5% of the profits to whoever is able to assist, as soon as the project is self-funding. This is a massive ongoing project, which entails using php, javascript, html, java, as well as flash content. We're using mysql, for the database. Willing to pay commission based, which will mean ongoing work for the programmer who assists, us which would come out to be much more than hourly, and is guaranteed ongoing work. The first stage of the site entails creating and editing of existing php, and javascript: 1. We need the Music area built. Clients should be able to upload new music they've created, to the site, and other clients will be able to listen and rate the music. The upload part and the rating part is still unbuilt. 2. Video area, same as above, applies. 3. Need a task area for employees, built. 4. Need a way for the entire site to be administered, by employees, as far as looks and adding links, via frontpage. It's all in php and javascript, currently, and not editable, through front page. 5. Need corrections done on javascript/php coding, as they come up, for the profile areas and main pages. 6. Need animated smilies (emoticons) added to the email area, for clients to use in the email section. 7. Need keyword searches edited, for scam phrases added to the emails, as well as created and loaded into the email area for client usage. 8. Need an e-card area setup, so that clients can purchase e-cards from the site, via their id and username, rather than real names. We have an ecommerce system, already installed, for purchases. It's just a matter of getting the graphics, words and music, together, in our free area and then transferrable to our store, once the clients order them. Can be done via html, flash or php. Graphics are in the process of being created, already, as is the text for the files. 9. Building of the game area in php is also still incomplete. Games are available for the clients to play together, however, putting them in one area, isn't done, yet. We've already got the initial pages made for it, but they aren't attached to the site, yet. Clients will also need a way to upload their own software to the site, as well as rating them. 10. Ratings are being done on the site, that allow the clients to rate each other, based on a survey, when they meet one another. After three surveys, the subscriber's rate will either drop or raise, based on those surveys. 11. Need search engine submissions done monthly, and for the site to remain top of the search engines, as much as possible, obviously. 12. We need to create our own criminal search area for the clients to search through. That pretty much completes phase I of the project.
