Instant messaging and chatroom server and flash client

We are looking for an instant messaging and chat room scripts to be included in our dating site. Similar software is [login to view URL] and/or [login to view URL] (but [login to view URL] does not have a full IM implementation) and as an example you can look at the chat program of jdate.com. Our site is written in cold fusion and SQL under windows, but we would like the instant messaging and chat program to be written in flash and php and be integrated in our site as we will be porting our site to php and linux. (that is another project which will be posted as well.) The communication among users should be fast (typed messages showing up at most in 0.5 seconds on other users screen.) Font and colors should be configureable. "Smily"es, user icon graphics, and user preferences should be supported. Any time a user starts typing the other user should be notified that the first user is typing. IM and chat windows should be resizeable. User should be able to pick a buddy list and the budy list should show the login/logout status of those users. We are not picky about the server, but we would be partial to a jabber implementation. So, the server could be a jabber server (which you have to setup and show that your client is working correctly with it) and all that you implement could be a php/flash client side to a jabber server and the client should be integrated with our software in cold fusion and SQL. Once you develop the software we will provide you access to our site and you will also be responsible for integrating your developed software with our site. We already have a home brewed chat program written in html and xml but it it is slow and not fully reliable, so, much of the integration mechanisms with our software are already set up.
