Joomla component that is expandable later

This is for a Joomla 1.5 component and module application. This will be a polling component which will save users various answers to sets of questions. Once they have completed the questions, it will return a chart or graph with which subject was highest.

Their results will then be saved in a DB, and searchable. I would like this to interface with the Joomla usertable.

This is really phase one of the project. I want to build on it later on.

Programmer should:

Be familiar with Joomla development.

Comment all functions and queries.

Be ready to add more later, or expand component, build bridges into other Joomla components.

Should be ready for longterm as I have multiple things I need built.

I will screenshot what I need built, so you will know exactly what I need. This will save us both time. I won't post screenshots till I choose a bidder for copyright protection.

The component will have a backend admin interface. The question poll must be nicely designed, and not ugly. I have samples of what it should be. All results, and questions should be CSS changeable to match designs of website they will be installed into.

Anyone who responds I'd like to see some components you've built.

I also need this semi fast - 5 - 10 business days.

This is stage one, and the simple part to me. No bridges includes, etc.
