I need a freelancer who has recently and succesfully completed a project where they caused an artist to rise in the soundclick charts, this has to be in the last two months or so as there has been a recent change to soundclick (i used to use proxies but these no longer work).
The soundclick charts are based on unique song plays, so you need unique song plays and downloads in order to trick their system. I need some one who either has an app or script or some other way to get me up the charts. PM me for more info, for an app i'm willing to pay a maximum of $250 and I MUST have prove that the app works before I will buy it. For any other service where i would need to re hire in order to climb the charts i'm willing to pay between $30- $60
