I am looking for a web designer who is very experienced in Graphic design and web design.
They need to know database’s and eCommerce.
The web site will have a database at the centre of it. There will be a number of different front-end which will serve many individual companies. Each of these individual companies will have their own eCommerce sections.
This website will act a the centre hub for lots of smaller companies.
Their will be an admin section to this site where new companies can be added (set up)
Adding a company to the web site will consist of adding a front end for their business in their business colours and logos. It will also mean adding a payment system where they can take payment any product sold online.
## Deliverables
1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done.
2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables):
a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment.
b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request.
3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the coder's Seller Legal Agreement).
This job will require that we have a completed web site that is fully functional at the end of the project. We are allowing 12 weeks for this project to be carried out. The programmer will be required to work on site with our developer to insure the website is built in the exact way needed. The other reason for this is that it is a complicated project and the spec will need to be explained face to face on a daily basis. All expenses will be paid for. We need you to quote on your time i.e. 12 weeks work onsite.
